As the President of Spyglass MTG, Dori is responsible for the overall strategy, management, and growth of the company.   With over 25 years of experience in the IT Consulting Industry, Dori brings a unique perspective on how to manage, scale and run a successful services business. Dori started her career as a consultant and then moved over into Sales and then Management to round out a full breadth of experience.

As Chief Operating Officer at Spyglass, Michael is responsible for the successful delivery of our services to our clients. He is also responsible for the development of our delivery resources and relationships with our partners who support our capabilities.

Michael has over 30 years of experience, primarily in IT consulting, but also balanced with internal IT management roles where he developed an appreciation for the challenges our customers face. He has a broad background working in a variety of industries including Financial Services, HR Services, Insurance and Utilities. He has a lengthy track record in helping both business and systems management achieve their objectives through successful project portfolio management and project execution.  Before joining Spyglass, Michael had responsibilities for business development, client management and delivery oversight while serving in the roles of Account Manager / Client Services Manager.

Michael earned a BS/BA degree from the University of Mass, Lowell and an MBA from Boston College. 

John brings over 30 years of business IT experience to his role as Microsoft Practice Leader. In that time, John has developed expertise in helping businesses translate the promise of technology into measurable results. John works daily with partners, clients, delivery teams, marketing, and corporate sales executives to ensure that MTG is recognized for its commitment to excellence. He has done extensive work with numerous financial services, higher education, retail, healthcare, and life sciences organizations and maintains 80% repeat business by ensuring that MTG delivers what they said they would deliver, on time and on budget. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Harvard University.

As CTO & Application Modernization Practice Leader, Ian is responsible for developing and leading the technology direction of the company as well as the Application Modernization practice within Spyglass. He is also responsible for developing best practices, evaluating new technology and how it can be adopted by our clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Ian has over 30 years of experience in Software Design and Architecture and was a pioneering engineer at the dawn of the browser’s wars, bringing the internet to tens of millions of users with AOL. Later Ian was the Chief Architect for one of the first Software as a Services Companies (SaaS). He has a broad background in software tools development, product development, and consulting. He has worked in a variety of platforms, including Office 365 and Azure, and vertical industries including Bio Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Insurance.

Ian Graduated from the University of West London with an H.N.D. with Distinction in Computer Science.

As VP, Customer Solutions and Engagement at Spyglass, Vinnie focuses on the identification, definition, on time and on budget delivery, and overall growth and success of software consulting projects conducted for enterprise accounts.

Vinnie has over twenty five years of experience building, leading, and managing software consulting and application development teams. Vinnie’s experience includes extensive work with numerous financial services, higher education, retail, healthcare, and life sciences organizations where he has served as a trusted advisor, helped formulate IT strategy, and has successfully delivered 100’s of solutions to achieve corporate vision and business objectives. Throughout his years as a consulting manager and consulting practice director, Vinnie has recruited, trained, mentored, and led senior consulting resources with the combined goal of successful customer project delivery and employee growth and advancement.

Vinnie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California (USC) and an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Boston University. Vinnie and his family are committed to giving back to the community and helping those around them through their involvement as a Fresh Air Fund host family, activities with the Lions Club, and time spent with local soup kitchens.

As Senior Marketing Manager, Alex is responsible for leading all marketing initiatives for the company and upholding the overall branding and voice of Spyglass MTG. Alex works alongside other members of the Leadership Team to develop new solutions, plan and create events, and promote Spyglass’ offers. She assists in maintaining client and industry relationships through various marketing channels.

Alex has over 6 years of experience in the marketing world. She has worked with companies from large consumer goods corporations to small retail stores, learning how to effectively market at all different levels. Alex joined Spyglass in the winter of 2020.

Alex attended the University of Rhode Island where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Communications.

As the Practice Manager for Data & AI, Bill is responsible for guiding that practice within Spyglass and helping our customers leverage data as an asset with modern data platform, machine learning, AI and business-led BI solutions on Microsoft Azure. 

Bill has over 10 years of hands-on Data Architecture experience. He has worked with legacy mainframe data platforms, SQL & Oracle database systems, various cloud data platforms on Azure and more. Bill has produced patented solutions leveraging emerging technologies including AI, Blockchain and several other technologies and has extensive experience in regulated industries including Healthcare, Financial Services and Utilities.  

Bill graduated from DeVry with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, BI and Database Management from Boston University. 

As Practice Lead for Microsoft 365 and Security, Kevin is responsible for developing the Microsoft 365 and Security practice within Spyglass and helping our clients successfully migrate, use, and secure the Microsoft cloud. He is also responsible for developing best practices, evaluating new technology and how it can be adopted by our clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Kevin has over 30 years of experience in supporting Microsoft technologies for corporation of all sizes. Kevin has supported the Microsoft cloud since it was first known as Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) (Predecessor to Office 365)and SQL as a Service (Later called Azure). He has a broad background in leveraging Microsoft tooling to support productivity, security, device management, data governance and compliance, and identity and access management (IAM). Kevin has worked directly or in support of companies across all segments including Financial, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, and Retail.

Kevin graduated from the University of Massachusetts with B. S. degree and is MS-500 and AZ-500 certified.

As Practice Lead for Azure Platform, Mike is responsible for guiding the practice within Spyglass and helping ensure our clients develop a Azure migration strategy so that they are able to migrate/modernize/operate in an efficient and secure manner. 

Mike has over 20 years of enterprise IT experience with the last almost 10 years focusing on Microsoft Azure. He has worked across various industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and Technology Services. Most recently, he has been working to secure cloud architectures both cloud native as well as lift and shift migrations to Azure.

Mike graduated from Daniel Webster College with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems.

Keith is Spyglass MTG’s Director of IT Services, MSP and CSP. In his current role, Keith manages Spyglass MTG’s internal IT needs along with their client Managed Services Program (MSP) and Microsoft licensing for clients through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program. Keith is an IT professional with over 18 years’ experience in managing IT environments and staff for a variety of different industries including Software Development, Technology, Clinical Management, E911 Centers, Call Centers, and Manufacturing.

Keith was previously the Director of IT for an E-911 call center with 500+ seats, housed in 12 locations nationwide. He is experienced in several industries including: Biotech, Healthcare, Call Center, Software Development and Manufacturing.

Keith started with Spyglass MTG in January of 2019, and has helped to grow our practice and knowledge ever since!

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Liz is responsible for attracting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding all new employees and contractors. Liz works alongside the leadership and executive team to strategize new, current, and future opportunities to grow and diversify the business. Liz is passionate about providing a first-class experience for all candidates.

Liz has over 7 years’ experience within sales and recruiting. Liz has worked within a variety of industries including, IT consulting, Biotechnology, and Telecommunications. Prior to joining Spyglass, Liz was a Talent Acquisition Manager for another privately owned, female led, IT consulting firm.

Liz holds a BS in Psychology and an MBA in Management from Fitchburg State University.
